Steaming onwards!

Get me….  3.6m (5.8k) last night. Most enjoyable run to date, went out at 7:45, after a very warm day the sun was just dropping and a very welcome breeze hit me just at the right moment many times! Had some music to accompany me this time, takes my mind off worrying about my breathing. Everything went well, no aches/pains, no stitch yet, trainers held up ok, although I do need some proper running soles.
